White-label AI call & chat software, explained

Everything agencies, founders, and resellers ask before launching their own AI SaaS — branding, capability, integrations, pricing, margins, and compliance.

White-label & branding

What is white-label AI call software?

White-label AI call software is a platform that provides AI voice agents — capable of answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking appointments — which you can rebrand and sell as your own product. The provider runs the technology; you put your logo, domain, and pricing on it.

Agentic IQ is a white-label AI call and chat platform: agencies and founders launch their own branded AI SaaS on top of it, starting at $97/month. Read the complete guide to white-label AI call software for the full picture.

Is Agentic IQ fully white-label, or will my clients see the Agentic IQ brand?

Fully white-label. You connect your own domain, upload your logo, and set your brand colors. Your clients log into your platform, receive emails from your domain, and see your pricing. There is no Agentic IQ branding anywhere in the client-facing experience on Agency and Reseller plans.

Can I set my own pricing when I white-label the platform?

Yes. You choose what your clients pay. Most agencies charge between $297 and $997 per month per client for AI calling, chat, and appointment booking. Because your platform cost is flat, everything above it is your margin.

Do I need my own servers, developers, or AI models to launch?

No. Agentic IQ hosts the infrastructure, telephony, and AI models. You configure everything through a dashboard: branding is point-and-click, agents come from industry templates, and integrations are one-click connections. Most customers launch a branded platform in under a week without writing code.

AI calling & chat capability

Can the AI agents make outbound calls or only answer inbound calls?

Both. Inbound: agents answer instantly, 24/7, qualify the caller, and book appointments. Outbound: agents run new-lead speed-to-call (calling web leads within seconds), database reactivation campaigns, appointment reminders, no-show rescheduling, and multi-touch follow-up sequences.

How natural do the AI voice agents sound?

Agents use modern neural voices with real-time interruption handling — callers can interrupt mid-sentence and the agent adapts, just like a human conversation. You can choose voice, tone, pace, and personality per agent, and every call produces a recording and transcript so you can hear exactly how conversations go.

What does "self-learning" mean for an AI agent?

Agentic IQ agents get smarter with every conversation on every channel — calls, texts, DMs, and chat, not just calls. They track the outcome of each conversation — booked, objected, ghosted, wrong number — and use those outcomes to refine their scripts, objection responses, question order, and timing over time. Booking rates typically improve week over week.

You stay in control: review proposed improvements before they go live, or let agents optimize autonomously.

Does the platform include AI chat as well as AI calling?

Yes. One platform runs seven channels — SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook DMs, voice calls, a live chat widget, and a website talking orb — with full cross-channel memory and one unified conversation history per lead. The agent remembers what it discussed with a prospect over SMS while it's on a call with them.

What channels do the AI agents support?

Seven channels: SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook DMs, voice calls, a live chat widget, and a website talking orb — an on-page voice assistant your visitors can speak with.

It's one platform, not one bot: deploy a single agent across every channel or multiple specialized agents, all sharing full cross-channel memory and a single conversation history per lead.

Can I bring my own phone numbers and API keys (BYOK)?

Yes. Agentic IQ supports bring-your-own-key: connect your own phone numbers and provider accounts, and usage across all seven channels runs through your own keys at cost. You keep control of telephony spend and any markup you charge clients.

Can the AI agents be configured for my industry?

Yes — any industry. The platform ships with templates for roofing, home services, dental, med spas, real estate, law firms, HVAC, fitness, insurance, auto, solar, mortgage, and more, each pre-trained on the vocabulary, objections, and booking flow of that vertical. You can also build a custom agent from scratch with your own scripts and qualifying questions.

What languages do the AI agents support?

Agents converse in English plus the major languages your market needs, including Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese. Language, accent, and voice are configured per agent, so one client can run an English agent and another a bilingual one.

Appointment booking & calendars

How does 24/7 AI appointment booking work?

Agents connect to live calendars (Google Calendar, GoHighLevel calendars, Calendly and others), read real availability, offer concrete slots during the call or chat, book the appointment, and send confirmations and reminders automatically. Because the agent never sleeps, a lead calling at 11 PM books just as easily as one calling at 11 AM.

What happens if a caller asks something the AI can't handle?

You define escalation rules: the agent can warm-transfer the call to a human, take a message and create a task in the CRM, or schedule a callback. Every escalation is logged with the transcript so your team has full context.

Can the AI reduce no-shows?

Yes. Agents send confirmation and reminder sequences by SMS and voice, reschedule proactively when someone can't make it, and call no-shows to rebook them — one of the highest-ROI outbound campaigns agencies run.

CRM & integrations

Does Agentic IQ integrate with GoHighLevel?

Yes, natively. Agents read and write GoHighLevel contacts, fill custom values, move opportunities through pipeline stages, apply tags, book into GHL calendars, and trigger GHL workflows — during the conversation, not after it. Agencies running GHL sub-accounts can attach an agent to each sub-account.

Does Agentic IQ integrate with HubSpot?

Yes. The HubSpot integration lets agents create and update contacts, set custom properties, move deals through stages, log calls with transcripts, and enroll contacts in workflows.

Can I use Agentic IQ without any CRM?

Yes. Agentic IQ is a standalone platform with its own contact management, calendars, conversation history, and reporting — so you can skip paying for an expensive external CRM entirely. CRM connections are optional; many businesses run on the built-in tools and connect a CRM later if they ever need one.

What if my CRM isn't GoHighLevel or HubSpot?

Use the Zapier integration, inbound/outbound webhooks, or the REST API to connect virtually any CRM or tool. Agents can push data to and pull data from any system that accepts webhooks.

Pricing, plans & the reseller program

How much does white-label AI call software cost?

Agentic IQ plans: Solo is $97/month (one account), Agency 15 is $297/month (15 white-labeled sub-accounts), and Agency Unlimited is $497/month (unlimited sub-accounts).

The Reseller License is available exclusively to Agency Unlimited subscribers: a $497/month licensing fee added to the $497/month Agency Unlimited plan ($994/month total), which lets you sell agency plans under your own brand and keep 60–70% of the revenue.

How does the 60–70% reseller revenue share work?

As a licensed reseller you sell agency plans under your own brand at a price you set. Of the plan revenue you collect, 60–70% is yours to keep; the remainder covers platform, AI, and telephony costs.

Worked example: 25 clients at $297/month = $7,425/month in revenue → roughly $4,800/month profit at the 65% midpoint, before your marketing costs. Try the profit calculator.

What is the difference between the Agency plans and the Reseller License?

Agency plans let you deliver AI calling and chat to clients as a service under your brand — you own the client relationship and charge whatever you like for the service.

The Reseller License goes further: you sell the platform itself as your own SaaS, with your own plans, billing, and customers, keeping 60–70% of plan revenue. It's only available to Agency Unlimited subscribers — a $497/month license added on top of that plan. Agencies typically start on Agency Unlimited and add the license when they want to productize.

Are there contracts or setup fees?

Plans are month-to-month with no setup fee on growth plans. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. The Reseller License is also billed monthly.

What about call and usage costs?

Telephony and AI usage are billed at transparent per-minute rates on top of the plan, and you can pass usage through to clients with your own markup — a second margin stream most resellers build in. Volume discounts apply as your platform grows.

Prefer full control? With bring-your-own-key you connect your own numbers and provider accounts, and usage across all seven channels runs through your keys at cost.

Can agencies rebill AI usage to their clients?

Yes. Agencies rebill usage per AI call minute and per AI text at rates they set — there is no fixed price. Reference costs: AI chat is $0.005 per text; AI voice is roughly $0.105–$0.115 per minute all-in (infrastructure $0.07 + Twilio $0.015 + LLM $0.02–$0.03), and many agencies rebill voice at $0.15 per minute or more.

With bring-your-own-key, usage runs through your own keys at raw cost and you bill your clients directly, so the entire markup is yours. Try the rebilling calculator.

Note: usage rebilling is an agency revenue stream — resellers earn through the 60–70% plan revenue share instead.

How many reseller licenses are available?

The reseller program is capped at 100 seats total, and 15 are already filled. Licenses are available exclusively to agencies on the Agency Unlimited plan ($497/month), as a $497/month license added on top. Once 100 seats are taken, no new reseller licenses will be issued.

Is white-label AI SaaS reselling actually profitable?

The unit economics are strong because fulfillment is software, not labor: a reseller with 25 clients at $297/month keeps roughly $4,800/month at a 65% margin, and adding client 26 costs nearly nothing to serve.

Profitability depends on your ability to acquire clients — resellers with an existing audience, agency client base, or niche authority ramp fastest. Our guide on starting an AI SaaS business covers the go-to-market playbook.

Getting started & support

How fast can I launch my own branded AI platform?

Branding takes under an hour (domain, logo, colors). Configuring your first industry agent takes an afternoon using templates. Most customers are live with their branded platform and first client inside a week.

Do you provide training and support for resellers?

Yes. Every plan includes onboarding and support; Agency Unlimited adds priority support; and the Reseller License includes a launch playbook covering positioning, pricing, sales assets, and fulfillment workflows, plus dedicated reseller support.

Can I migrate existing clients onto my white-label platform?

Yes — each client becomes a sub-account. Import their contacts, connect their calendar and CRM, pick their industry template, and their agent is live. Agencies commonly migrate their whole retainer base in the first month to add an AI line item to every account.

Security, compliance & reliability

Is the platform compliant with call recording and telemarketing rules?

The platform provides the compliance controls you need: configurable call-recording disclosures, do-not-call list management, consent tracking, campaign time-window rules, and per-region settings.

As with any calling software, you and your clients are responsible for using it in line with local regulations such as TCPA and GDPR — the platform gives you the tools to do that.

How is my data and my clients' data protected?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each sub-account's data is isolated, and role-based access controls who sees what. Call recordings and transcripts belong to your workspace and are never used to serve other customers.

What happens to the AI's learning if a client leaves?

Each agent's learning lives in its sub-account. If a client leaves, their data can be exported and the sub-account closed. Learnings are per-agent and per-account — one client's conversation data does not train another client's agent.

How reliable is an AI agent compared to a human receptionist or call center?

An AI agent answers every call on the first ring, 24/7, never calls in sick, and handles unlimited simultaneous calls — a human receptionist can only take one at a time. Humans still win on complex edge cases, which is why the platform includes warm transfer and escalation rules. Most businesses run AI-first with human escalation and see answer rates near 100%.
